Shipping
Most orders are received within 7 days depending on the shipping location. This excludes pre-order and out of stock items.
Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to request a return?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on item type and inspection results.
Are boxing gloves and gear returnable?
Only if unused. Any gear showing wear, sweat, odor, or impact is non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Are there any fees?
Approved refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, a 3% payment processing fee, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do you accept international returns?Yes, subject to approval. International duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are not refundable.
