Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
All returns require prior authorization. To initiate a return, contact shop@giantideas.com with your order number, items requested for return, and reason for return. Items sent without authorization will be refused.
Approved returns may be resolved as either a refund to the original payment method or store credit, at our discretion. Refund method is determined based on item category, inspection results, hygiene eligibility, and compliance with this policy.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from odor or residue, in original packaging, with all tags and inserts intact. Items failing inspection may be denied or converted to store credit only.
Product-Specific Conditions
Apparel is eligible for return if unworn and unused.
Boxing gear and protective equipment are eligible only if unused and showing no signs of wear, impact, sweat, odor, or handling beyond initial inspection. Any boxing gear showing use is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Fees & Deductions
Approved refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, a 3% payment processing fee, and exclusion of original shipping charges. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our verified error.
Sale items, gift cards, used items, and hygiene-restricted products are final sale.
We reserve the right to deny returns, restrict refund methods, or refuse future transactions for excessive returns, abuse, or chargeback behavior.
